These Terms are a contract between Welle Digital Kft. and the organisation or individual registering for an account.
1. Service description
Candalign provides interview integrity decision support for technical hiring. The platform does not make automated hiring or rejection decisions.
2. Decision support disclaimer
Integrity scores represent probability heuristics, not absolute verdicts. All outputs must be reviewed by qualified humans before action is taken.
3. Data processing
Our Data Processing Agreement applies when we process candidate data on your behalf.
4. Human oversight
Customer users must review all integrity scores, flags, and supplementary analyses before taking any employment-related action. The platform is designed to support qualified human decision-makers, not replace them.
5. Prohibition on sole automated decisions
You must not use Candalign outputs as the sole basis for hiring, rejection, or any other decision producing legal or similarly significant effects on candidates. Automated rejection or ranking workflows based solely on integrity scores are prohibited.
6. Webhook and integration responsibilities
If you connect Candalign to applicant tracking systems or other tools via webhooks or API integrations, you are responsible for ensuring those integrations respect human oversight requirements, do not automate sole decision-making, and comply with applicable employment and data protection law.
